NOTICE TO KAMINI KOMAI IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF BRYAN F. MCKERNAN, DECEASED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County, Chancery Division, Probate Part, Docket Number CP-0373-2025, by Mary Elizabeth Spitz, Interim Administrator and Proposed Executor of the Estate of Bryan F. McKernan, Deceased, for an Order Admitting the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent dated April 9, 2025 to Probate and Voiding a Handwritten Document Proporting to be a testamentary document dated August 19, 2025 which, if valid, would constitute a Codicil to said Will. Decedent, Bryan F. McKernan, died on September 12, 2025. At the time of his death, the decedent had executed a Last Will and Testament dated April 9, 2025 naming Mary Elizabeth Spitz as the Executor. Subsequently, a document proporting to be a Codicil to the decedent's Last Will and Testament dated August 19, 2025, was provided to Mary Elizabeth Spitz which, if valid, would constitute a Codicil to said Last Will and Testament. The purpose of this Notice is to advise the individual named in said Codicil, Kamini Komai, that if she objects to the voiding of this document by the above said Court, she must notify the Court, in writing, at the following address: Surrogate of Camden County, 509 Lakeland Road, Blackwood, NJ 08012.
