Wolfe Ossa Law 475 Main St Metuchen, NJ 08840 Estate of John VanPlantinga Public notice is hereby given that JOHN RANDOLPH VANPLANTINGA, late of Lambertville, New Jersey, passed away, the application for probate has not yet been submitted. Public notice is hereby given that the Executor of the Estate of Cynthia Stratton, for which John Randolph VanPlantinga is a beneficiary, has filed a Motion to keep assets owned by Cynthia Stratton in her Estate. John Randolph VanPlantinga's Last Will and Testament names Cynthia Stratton as the sole beneficiary of his Estate. Rather than do a separate administration of the Estate of John Randolph VanPlantinga all assets will be left in the Estate of Cynthia Stratton to avoid unnecessary cost and delay of a separate administration. Said Motion shall be heard on May 5, 2026, at 9:00 AM. Any party of interest who wishes to be heard with respect to the Executor's Motion must do so with the Hunterdon County Surrogates Office before April 25, 2026. If no party should come forward, John Randolph VanPlantinga's Estate will not be probated and all monies in the Estate of Cynthia Stratton shall be distributed in accordance with her Last Will and Testament.
