NOTICE Take Notice that an application for a Flood Hazard Area Verification, Individual Flood Hazard Area Permit, Upland Waterfront Development Permit, and In-Water Waterfront Development Permit will be submitted to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), Division of Land Resource Protection (DLRP) for the project described below. APPLICANT: IMTT ? BX, LLC 400 Poydras Street, Suite 3000 New Orleans, LA 70130 PROJECT NAME: IMTT Redevelopment ? Yard 9 PROJECT STREET ADDRESS: 250 E 22nd Street, City of Bayonne, Hudson County BLOCK: 480, LOT: 1 PORTION OF BLOCK: 466.01, LOTS: 1 & 2 PORTION OF BLOCK: 478, LOTS: 1 & 1.01 PORTION OF BLOCK: 503, LOT: 9.03 PORTION OF BLOCK: 506, LOT: 2 RIGHTS-OF-WAY TO Commerce Street and E 22nd Street COUNTY: Hudson PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The application concerns the potential redevelopment of the listed property, which is a portion of the existing IMTT bulk petroleum storage/distribution facility, with a proposed 411,250 square foot industrial building, car and industrial trailer parking areas, and associated access drives. Additional associated site improvements include utilities, curbing and fencing, landscaping, and stormwater management improvements. The existing substation located on site will remain. In addition, a new force main is proposed to run offsite within a separate section of the IMTT property (portion of Block 466.01, Lots 1 and 2) and portions of Block 503, Lot 9.03 and Block 506, Lot 2 for approximately 4,000 linear feet where it will connect to an existing sewer line in East 22nd Street. Additional offsite improvements will occur along Commerce Street for the replacement and upsizing of an existing stormwater outfall that discharges to the Kill Van Kull. The application involves disturbance within the Upland Waterfront Development Zone of the Kill Van Kull and minor disturbance below the mean high water line of the Kill Van Kull for the construction of a stormwater outfall structure. In addition, redevelopment activities are proposed within the tidal Flood Hazard Area of the Kill Van Kull.
