LEGAL NOTICE OF APPROVAL TOWN OF BOONTON MORRIS COUNTY, NEW JERSEY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 8, 2026, the Boonton Planning Board adopted Resolution of Approval of the Variances on behalf of the Boonton Congregation of the Oratory relative to property at 103 Oak Street, Boonton, New Jersey authorizing the conversion of the existing single-family dwelling into a two-family dwelling which necessitated variances. A full copy of the Resolution of Approval is on file and available for public inspection at the Town of Boonton Municipal Building located at 100 Washington Street, Boonton, New Jersey 07005, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the office of the Land Use Board Clerk. Any questions as to the availability of said Resolution of Approval should be directed to the Land Use Board Secretary, Briana Clemmons, who may be reached via telephone at 973-402-910 extension 630 or via email at bclemmons@boonton.org.
