NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that upon the application of Property Group 1996, LLC (the "Applicant"), the Planning Board of the Township of Logan shall conduct an in-person public hearing on Thursday May 14, 2026 commencing at 6:30 P.M., at the Logan Township Municipal Building, 125 Main Street, Bridgeport, New Jersey, to consider an Application for an Extension of Time regarding the vested rights period for an Amended Final Major Site Plan Approval. The Applicant is requesting that the Planning Board grant a five (5)-year extension from the date of final approval through August 11, 2027, as authorized pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-52(b), in order to allow for the development and use of a 265,362+/- square foot warehouse /distribution /office facility, together with 258 parking spaces, 88 trailer parking space, 38 loading berths and related site improvements on land that is 71.629+/- acres in size, located at the intersection of Center Square Road (Gloucester County Route 620) and New Jersey State Highway Route No. 130, and more particularly identified as Block 3102, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 9.01 on the Official Tax Maps of the Township of Logan (the "Property"). The Property is split-zoned with a portion of the Property located in the Pureland Planned Industrial Development ("PID") and zoned as Light Industrial Office (LIO) and the remainder being located in the L-I Zoning District not within Pureland. At the same time, the Applicant will also be requesting that the Planning Board grant any and all other submission and/or design waivers, variances, Ordinance interpretations and/or other relief that may be deemed necessary to allow for the requested extension of this Amended Final Major Site Plan Approval.
