NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BURLINGTON TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD Please take notice that Applicant, F. Pallante, LLC, has made application to the Burlington Township Planning Board for Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan and Preliminary and Final Major Subdivision approval. Applicant requests to subdivide the property into five (5) building lots and construct five (5) single family dwellings on property located at Block 140, Lot 4, on the Tax Map of the Township of Burlington and located in the R-40 Zone. Jonas Singer and Estate of Emory A. Craft are the owners of property known as Block 140, Lot 4, Jacksonville Road, Burlington Township and Charles Crist and Betty C. Crist are the owners of Block 140, Lot 4.03, commonly known as 1023 Jacksonville Road, Burlington Township. The driveway of Block 140, Lot 4.03, encroaches onto Lot 4 and the Applicant intends to grant land to Mr. & Mrs. Charles Crist to expand their property, so their driveway will no longer encroach onto Block 140, Lot 4. Although no other approvals, variances or waivers are requested at this time, further review of the application by applicant/owner and Burlington Township may reveal the need for other approvals, variances or waivers. This notice, therefore, shall serve to notice that applicant/owner will also seek any other variances, approvals or waivers deemed necessary. A public hearing will be held before the Burlington Township Planning Board at its meeting on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Burlington Township Municipal Complex, 851 Old York Road, Burlington, New Jersey. Any interested person may appear and participate at the public hearing, either in person or through counsel, concerning this application. You may present any statements in support of or objecting to the granting of this application. The application, all supporting documents and all exhibits to be considered by the Planning Board are available in electronic format on the Burlington Township website home page, click on the date of the meeting on the section of the page identifying “Upcoming Meetings” and a new window will open identifying each application and all supporting documents, which are on-file in the office of the Planning & Zoning Department.
