PUBLIC NOTICE: Public Comments Sought Please take notice that the Highlands Council is accepting written public comment on Town of Boonton's Petition for Plan Conformance through Thursday, May 21, 2026. The Petition is available for review both in the offices of the Highlands Council and on the Town of Boonton's page of the Council website: www.nj.gov/njhighlands/region/local/boonton_town.shtml Comments may be submitted via email to highlands@highlands.nj.gov, via facsimile at (908) 879-4205, or by mail to New Jersey Highlands Council, 100 North Road, Chester, NJ 07930, Attention: Maryjude Haddock-Weiler, Planning Manager. Please be advised that the Highlands Council may take action on the Petition at its 4:00 pm meeting on Thursday, June 18, 2026, or a subsequent regular meeting of the Highlands Council.
