Chester Borough SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE MAYOR & COUNCIL BOROUGH OF CHESTER The Mayor and Council of the Borough of Chester will hold a Special Remote Meeting on Wednesday, March 11th, 2026 by Video Conference commencing at 12:00pm, for the purpose of conducting a second reading, public hearing and final adoption of Ordinances Nos. O2026-001, O2026-002, & O2026-003 concerning the Borough's Affordable Housing compliance. Details for public participation will be posted on the website at chesterborough.org.
