Public Notice Notice is hereby given that the Rahway Valley Sewerage Authority (RVSA) proposes to modify RVSA Indirect User Discharge Permit No. 102 issued to Kerry Inc., located at 200-222 Terminal Ave. in Clark, NJ, to change the monitoring requirements of sample Site 03 in order to require 24-hour flow-proportional composite samples. The RVSA also proposes to terminate RVSA Indirect User Discharge Permit No. 042 issued to ACV Environmental Services, located at 928 E. Hazelwood Ave. in Rahway, NJ. Documents pertaining to this action are also available for public review by appointment at RVSA between the hours of 9:00 am and 2:30 p.m., Mon.-Fri. Comments pertaining to this action may be forwarded in person or by mail to: RVSA, 1050 E. Hazelwood Ave., Rahway, NJ 07065, Attn: Justin Henix. Comments must be received by the close of the public comment period, which ends thirty (30) calendar days after publication of this notice in the newspaper. All persons who believe that RVSA's tentative decision to issue this action is inappropriate must raise all reasonable issues of concern and submit all arguments and factual materials supporting their position during the public comment period.
