PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE TO BE SERVED IN OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER TOWNSHIP OF DEPTFORD PLANNING BOARD TAKE NOTICE that on the 6th day of May, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., a hearing will be held before the Deptford Township Planning Board at the Municipal Building, 1011 Cooper Street, Deptford, NJ 08096 on the appeal or application for the undersigned to request a Site Plan with a variance or other relief so as to permit the construct of a 3,300 SF warehouse to include an office and bathroom, along with 9 parking spaces and various other site improvements, as well as granting right-of-way dedications to both Gloucester County and Township of Deptford for road widening purposes together with any and all required waivers, exceptions, variances including the following: 1. Minimum Front Yard Setback Variances. 2. Accessory Structure Front Yard Setback Variance. 3. Freestanding Sign Variance. 30.K.6.c 4. Minimum Lot Size. 5. Minimum Street Frontage. 6. Minimum Lot Width. and such other relief as the Board may determine appropriate. on the premises located at, 115 Blackwood Barnsboro Rd., Sewell, NJ 08080 and designated as Block(s) 417.01 Lot(s) 28 on the Township Tax Map.
