PUBLIC NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF EDISON NOTICE is hereby given that Rajeshkumar Patel has applied to the Township of Edison Zoning Board of Adjustment for Minor site plan, Bulk and Floor Area Variances Approvals for the property located at 96 Overbrook Avenue, Block 375.21, Lot 16.01, Edison, New Jersey. The applicant intends to construct a new single-family 2-story dwelling Applicant seeks variances/waivers deemed required by the Board, including but not limited to front yard setback facing both Overbrook and Briar Avenues proposed 7.2 fee on Overbrook and 2.3 feet on Briar where 25 feet is required; building coverage 38.6% is proposed where 23% is required; Lot coverage 46.9% is proposed where 40% is required: Floor area ratio 59.4% is proposed where 44% is required.
