Farmingdale Planning Board will hold a special meeting on March 3, 2026.

SPECIAL MEETING FARMINGDALE PLANNING BOARD    PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Farmingdale Planning Board will convene a Special Meeting on March 3, 2026 at the Farmingdale Community Center, located at 13 Asbury Avenue, Farmingdale, NJ. The meeting will start at 5:00 P.M. At the meeting, the Board will review, discuss, and possibly vote upon certain matters. The tentative agenda, to the extent known, includes the following:  1. 2026 reorganization of the Planning Board. 2. Swearing in of Board Members. 3. Appointment of Board Professionals. 4. Adoption of Minutes and Resolutions. 5. Public Hearing and potential adoption of the Borough's Amended Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, which will amend the Borough's Master Plan. 6. Hearing on Affordable Housing Ordinance 26-01 (Overlay Ordinance) so as to determine if the same is consistent / inconsistent with the Borough's Master Plan. 7. Hearing on Affordable Housing Ordinance 26-02 (Affordable Housing Rules and Regulations) so as to determine if the same is consistent / inconsistent with the Borough's Master Plan. 8. Public comments. 9. Potential Executive Session, if necessary. 10. Such other matters as may be presented to the Board.  Relevant application materials / plans / Affordable Housing documentation / ordinances / and the Amended Housing Element and Fair Share Plan can be viewed in the Office of the Planning Board Secretary, located at Farmingdale Borough Hall, 11 Asbury Avenue, Farmingdale, NJ. The relevant materials may also be available for public inspection on the Borough's website, which is www.farmingdaleborough.org.
