Public Notice LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Gerald Verrilli has applied to the Florham Park Zoning Board of Adjustment for a C-2 variance for their property located at 3 Cross Lane, Florham Park, New Jersey. The applicant is seeking a variance for total improved lot coverage in order to repair and replace the existing paver patio and walkway located in the rear yard. The existing paver patio/walkway is to be removed and replaced with a new paver patio/walkway. There will be no change to the current patio/walkway size, shape, or location. There will be no change to the property setbacks or surface grading plan. The variance relief is sought from Chapter 250-9 of the Zoning Ordinance in order to permit a total improved lot coverage of 32.09%. The permitted maximum improved lot coverage for the R15 zone is 30.0%. The hearing on this application is scheduled for April 1, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Borough Hall, 111 Ridgedale Avenue, Florham Park, New Jersey.
