FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD CORRECTIVE NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING ADOPTION OF THE TOWNSHIPS AMENDED FOURTH ROUND HOUSING ELEMENT AND FAIR SHARE PLAN NOTICE A Public Notice for the adoption of the Township's Amended Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan was previously sent out last week, which requires a minor correction due to a typographical error. Please note that the noticed Planning Board's public hearing will be Thursday, March 5, 2026, not March 5, 2025. The remainder of the notice, inclusive of the time, place, and documents to be considered remain the same as in the prior notice. A copy of the Amended Fourth Round Housing Plan and Fair Share Plan, and any other relevant documents, remain available for public inspection at the Freehold Township Municipal Building during regular business hours and Monmouth County Planning Board Office during regular business hours, as noted in the original notice.
