PUBLIC NOTICE AVAILABILITY OF DRAFT ASSESSMENT PLAN The Berry's Creek Watershed Federal Natural Resource Trustees, represented by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), have prepared a Draft Assessment Plan (AP) outlining the assessment process to identify injuries to natural resources and lost services from contamination in the Berry's Creek Watershed. The Draft AP is available for public review and comment at the Wood-Ridge Memorial Library (Wood-Ridge, NJ) and on the US Department of Interior Website (www.cerc.usgs.gov/orda_docs/DocHandler.ashx?task=get&ID=12732) and NOAA Website (www.diver.orr.noaa.gov/web/guest/diver-admin-record?diverWorkspaceSiteId=6832). Comments must be provided in writing and must be emailed or postmarked no later than May 6, 2026.
