PUBLIC NOTICEPUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD ACTION BOROUGH OF GARWODADOPTION OF THE BOROUGH’S Garwood 2026 Circulation Plan ElementPUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-13 of the Municipal Land Use Law (the MLUL), the Borough of Garwood Planning Board will conduct a public hearing at 7:30  p.m. on March 25, 2026, to hear public comment on the adoption of the Garwood 2026 Circulation Element of the Master Plan.   The meeting will be held at the Municipal Building, 403 South Avenue, Garwood. The Planning Board will provide any person wishing to comment on the Garwood Circulation Element the opportunity to do so at the hearing or by submitting comments in writing to the Office of the Planning Board at least two days prior to the meeting date. Comments may be mailed to the Board Office or by e-mailing the Board Secretary at A-Lewis@Garwood.org After public comment, the Planning Board shall consider adoption of the Borough’s Circulation Element.A copy of the Garwood 2026 Circulation Element is on file for public inspection during normal business hours of 9 a.m-4:30 p.m. at the Borough Clerk’s Office in the Municipal Building, 403 South Avenue, and on the Borough website. www.garwood.orgADELE C.
