NOTICE OF DECISION
Please take notice that the Gloucester Township Zoning Board of Adjustment ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by Samuel Mensah ("Applicant") regarding real property with a street address 988 Kearsley Road and designated as Block 18001, Lot 1 on the municipal tax map. The property is approximately 42,427 sf in area and is currently unimproved. The Board granted variance approval to develop the property with a new single-family home.
The Board also approved the following variances under the municipal land use ordinance:
1. Section 500-403.F(1) requires a minimum lot size of 43,560 sf. The current lot size is 42,427 sf. No change was proposed. Existing non-conformity; and
