TOWNSHIP OF HARDYSTON JOINT LAND USE BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ADOPTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE 2025 MASTER PLAN TO ADD THE “2026 HOUSING ELEMENT AND FAIR SHARE PLAN (“HEFSP”)” PREPARED BY CARRINE PICCOLO-KAUFER, P.P. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, as required by the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-13, the Hardyston Township Joint Land Use Board has scheduled a public hearing on March 9, 2026, at 7:00 PM, in the Main Meeting Room, at the Hardyston Township Municipal Building, 149 Wheatsworth Rd, Hardyston, New Jersey 07419. The Board will consider an Amendment to the 2025 Township of Hardyston Master Plan titled “Amendment & Supplement To The 2025 Housing Element and Fair Share Plan” prepared by Carrine Piccolo-Kaufer, P.P., dated March 2026. Opportunity will be provided to allow public questions and comments. Formal action may take place. Accommodation will be made for individuals with a disability, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), provided the individual with the disability provides forty-eight (48) hours advance notice to the Hardyston Township Land Use Board Secretary prior to the public hearing. With respect to individuals with a hearing disability who require live transcription services, such as the services of a CART transcriber, seven (7) days advance notice to the Municipal Clerk prior to the Public Hearing is necessary.
