LEGAL NOTICE YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, A S PROVIDED BY LAW, THAT O N MONDAY, MAY 4TH, 2026 a t 6:00 P.M. a public hearing will be held b y the Harrison Planning Board in the Town Hall, Harrison, New Jersey, o n the application of the undersigned to obtain major site plan and variance approval t o renovate and expand the existing building located a t 311 Frank E. Rodgers Bld South, Block 121, Lot 39. This application i s non-conforming in the following manner: (1) Four (4) stories instead of three (3) stories; variance from the parkingstandards as well as any other variances and waivers deemed necessary by the Board at time of hearing. Maps and documents for which approval i s sought i n this application are available for public inspection by appointment only at the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall First Floor, Harrison, weekdays between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. When the calendar i s called you may appear either in person or b y agent, attorney and present any objections which you have to the granting of this application.
