TOWNSHIP OF HOPEWELL LAND USE BOARD CUMBERLAND COUNTY, NJ NOTICE OF DECISION TAKE NOTICE that on a meeting conducted on February 18, 2026, the Township of Hopewell, Cumberland County, New Jersey, Land Use Board adopted Resolution No. 2026-07, in connection with the following matter: Name of Applicant: DMC Supplies, Inc. Description of Application: Application for preliminary and major final site plan approval and waiver relief. Tax Map Reference: Block 63, Lot 1.02 Property Location: Cassidy Court in the Hopewell Township Business Park Zoning Classification: HC (Highway Commercial) Zoning District, designated for redevelopment in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Township Redevelopment Plan for the Hopewell Township Business Park.
