PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 23, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. the Planning Board of the Township of Jackson Township will hold a hearing on the application of Yosef Haim Minzberg. The hearing will take place at the Municipal Building, 95 W. Veterans Highway, Jackson, New Jersey. The premises which are the subject of this application are located on 53 Magnolia Drive, Jackson, New Jersey. Said premises are also known as Block 8901, Lot 19 in Jackson Township. The applicant seeks Minor Subdivision approval to create two proposed undersized lots. Proposed Lot 19.01 will be for a single-family lot and a potable well with associated site improvements. On Proposed Lot19.02, the existing garage will be removed and potable well is to be abandoned, however, the lot will contain the existing two-story dwelling, patios, shed and walkways along with a new driveway and potable well. Variance wills be required for minimum lot area, minimum lot width, minimum front yard setback, minimum side yard setback and side yard setback for an accessory structure. The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such bulk variance and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require. All Documents relating to the application may be inspected by the public by contacting the Board Secretary to make arrangements in the office of Planning and Zoning located 65 Don Connor Boulevard, Jackson, New Jersey during normal office hours.
