NOTICE OF DECISION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on April 27, 2026, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Middletown adopted a Resolution memorializing the approval of the minor site plan application of Paul Millman and Therese Hanley Millman granted at the public meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment held on March 19, 2026 to permit the construction of two one-story additions and an entrance patio, the replacement of the existing carport and the modification of the existing driveway, with variances for lot coverage and lack of frontage on a roadway improved to Township standards, as well as existing non-conformities, on premises located in the R-110 Zone and known as Block 786, Lot 7, having an address of 108 Hartshorne Road, Middletown, New Jersey.
