LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE BE ADVISED that Jaser Aly as owner and applicant has made application to the Monroe Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for bulk variance relief to construct a single-family home. The property which is the subject of the application is known as Lot 3, Block 109.16 as shown on the Tax Map of the Township of Monroe and commonly referred to as 1 Siena Place. The property is comprised of approximately 43,264 square feet located in the Township's R-30 Zone. The property will have frontage on a future improved Township roadway by others. At the time of the public hearing, the applicant shall request the following bulk variance and/or waiver relief: 1.Minimum lot frontage of 104 feet provided where 150 feet is required (pre-existing condition); 2.Minimum lot width of 104 feet where 150 feet is required (pre-existing condition). The applicant shall request such other variance and/or design waiver relief as identified by the Board or the Board's professionals prior to or at the time of the public hearing. This matter is presently scheduled to be heard by the Monroe Township Zoning Board of Adjustment at their regularly scheduled meeting of May 26, 2026, which meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Township of Monroe Municipal Building located at One Municipal Plaza, Monroe, New Jersey 08831. At said time and place you may appear in person or through an attorney to express your concerns and/or objections with regard to this application.
