NOTICE OF DECISION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that upon the Application (Application #2025-1) of ActiveRWHA Property LLC, the Joint Land Use Board (the "JLUB") for the Township of Harrison on January 16, 2025, granted Preliminary Major Subdivision Approval and Final Major Subdivision Approval and, on April 2, 2026, adopted Resolution No. 26-2026 memorializing those Approvals to allow for the proposed subdivision of 43.86 +/- acres located along Aura Road, within the Interior Richwood Redevelopment Plan Area and more particularly known as Block 2, Lots 1, 14 & 15 on the Official Harrison Township Tax Maps (the "Property"). Specifically, Applicant is proposing to subdivide the Property to create two (2) new lots to be known as Block 2, Lots 1.01 and 1.02, on the Official Harrison Township Tax Maps. Proposed Block 2, Lot 1.01 will consist of 30.75+/- acres. Proposed Block 2, Lot 1.02 will consist of 13.11+/- acres and is intended to accommodate the future development of a multi-family affordable housing facility. No site improvements are proposed on either Lot 1.01 or Lot 1.02 as part of Application #2025-1. Copies of the Resolution No. 26-2026, JLUB determinations, Application (#2025-1), plans, reports, correspondence and supporting documentation are on file with the Harrison Township JLUB Secretary in the Harrison Township Municipal Building, located at 114 Bridgeton Pike, Mullica Hill, New Jersey 08062 and are available for public inspection and public review during the Harrison Township Municipal Building regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. excluding holidays).
