NOTICE OF DECISION BY THE POHATCONG TOWNSHIP LAND USE BOARD GAMCOM, LLC 998 New Brunswick Avenue Block 75, Lot 1.03 On April 27, 2026, the Pohatcong Township Land Use Board memorialized a resolution approving a preliminary and final site plan approval with bulk and use variance relief to permit the conversion of the existing commercial building on the subject lot into a mixed-use commercial-residential structure.
