LEGAL NOTICE In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq. (“OPMA”), please be advised that the Point Pleasant Beach Governing Body will hold a public session meeting comprised of a budget workshop commencing at 7:00PM, prevailing time, on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, in the Council Chambers at the Borough Hall, 416 New Jersey Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach. The governing body will continue to hold an executive session commencing at 6:30PM and ending at approximately 7:00PM and a regular business meeting commencing at 7:30PM as previously noticed. Any changes to the foregoing will be noticed in accordance with the OPMA will be posted to the Borough's web site, www.pointpleasantbeach.gov. The workshop is open to the public and may be live streamed and accessed via: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCflODKbSFakXUEKiyxSYdUA/live. Formal actions may be taken. Eileen A.
