NOTICE OF DECISION TOWNSHIP OF WEST WINDSOR PLANNING BOARD PB 25-10 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, the West Windsor Township Planning Board ("Board") memorialized by resolution ("Resolution") its February 25, 2026 approval of the application of Avalon West Windsor, LLC/Montessori Kids Universe ("Applicant") for conditional use and minor site plan approval for a Montessori school in the existing easterly multi-story mixed use building on the property located at 401-404 Avalon Square, Princeton Junction, New Jersey 08550, and designated as Block 6.30, Lot 5.01 on the West Windsor Township tax maps. The Resolution is on file and available for physical inspection at the West Windsor Township Municipal Building, 271 Clarksville Road, West Windsor, New Jersey 08550, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, holidays excepted.
