NOTICE OF DECISION BOROUGH OF ROOSEVELT PLANNING BOARD COUNTY OF MONMOUTH, STATE OF NEW JERSEY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 21, 2026, the Planning Board (the “Board”) of the Borough of Roosevelt (the “Borough”) adopted a resolution (the “Resolution”) memorializing the grant of Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan Approval, together with with d(1) and d(6) variance relief (the “Approval”), to Jersey Central Power and Light Company (the “Applicant” or “JCP&L”) for real property designated on the Official Tax Map of the Borough as follows: Block Lot 1 2 1 8 5 2 5 3 5 7 5 8 (collectively, the “Properties”). The Properties encompass JCP&L's existing right-of-way transmission corridor (the “Corridor”) and are located in the Borough's R-AG 400 Residential/Agricultural District (the “R-AG 400 Zone”). The Approval permits the replacement of five (5) existing lattice utility towers within the Corridor with five (5) new steel monopole structures. A copy of the Resolution has been filed in the office of the Board Secretary at the Borough's Municipal Building, located at 33 North Rochdale Avenue, Roosevelt, New Jersey 08555, and is available for public inspection during normal business days and hours (except holidays).
