PUBLIC NOTICETOWNSHIP OF SCOTCH PLAINSZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTTAKE NOTICE, that on February 5, 2026, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Scotch Plains, Union County, New Jersey, approved the following applications:Bolanos, Martha P., 1111 Jefferson Ave, Block 8703, Lot 6, R-3 Zone, has applied for the installation of a 12’x20’ semi-inground oval pool (20" deep) and associated hardscaping on the property. Wildstein, Danielle, 12 Clinton Lane, Block 14801, Lot 33, R-1 Zone, has applied for the expansion of a deck located at the rear of the dwelling unit. The Resolutions memorializing said approvals were duly presented and adopted by the Zoning Board of Adjustment at its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, March 5, 2026.
