LAND USE BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That Ana Pereira has applied to the Borough of Shrewsbury Land Use Board for relief from a prior condition of approval in order to allow the construction of a pool, pool house, and pavers with associated pool equipment at the existing single-family residence. Specifically, the Applicant seeks board approval for relief from a prior resolution of the Shrewsbury Planning Board memorialized on December 16, 2015, granting subdivision and various variances, which provided that this lot would maintain a maximum building coverage of 9% and a maximum impervious coverage of 17%. This property is located in the R-1 Zone at 207 Williamsburg Drive, Shrewsbury, NJ 07702, also known as Block 62, Lot 5.02 as shown on the official tax map of the Borough of Shrewsbury. The subdivision created lot 5.01 and lot 5.02.
The Applicant seeks the following variances and/or design waivers for relief from the following requirements:
Relief from a prior resolution of the Shrewsbury Planning Board memorialized on December 16, 2015 that provided that this lot would maintain a maximum building coverage of 9% and a maximum impervious coverage of 17%. The new proposed plan calls for a maximum impervious coverage of 18.5% which exceeds the restriction per the prior resolution but does not exceed the ordinance maximum requirement.
The applicant may seek additional variances and/or waivers and exceptions or interpretations as required by law or the Borough of Shrewsbury Land Use Board including but not limited for re-approval and/or reaffirmation of any and all other relief that may have been granted in any prior applications.
This application will be heard by the Borough of Shrewsbury Land Use Board at a public meeting on May 6, 2026 in the Municipal Building located at 419 Sycamore Avenue, Shrewsbury, NJ 07702. The meeting will commence at 6:30 P.M. at which time you may appear either in person or by an attorney and present any objection or questions you may have to the granting of this application. The application and supporting documents of this application are on file with the Land Use Board Secretary and may be inspected by you during regular business hours of the Borough of Shrewsbury at 419 Sycamore Avenue, Shrewsbury, NJ.
