NOTICE OF DECISION THE BOROUGH OF SURF CITY LAND USE BOARD TAKE NOTICE that on the 25th day of March 2026, the Borough of Surf City Land Use Board (the "Board") adopted Resolution of Memorialization App. # 2026-06: Ruth Pecarsky, Leo Pecarsky and Charlene Pecarsky (collectively, the "Applicant"), Block 37, Lot 8; 112 N. 16th Street in the Borough of Surf City. The Board denied the Applicant's request for a variance to raise, relocate and expand the existing duplex, construct a ground floor garage/storage area, a two-story deck in the rear yard, and install a concrete retaining wall on an undersized lot. A public hearing was held on February 25, 2026. A copy of the Resolution has been filed and is available for inspection at the Land Use Board Office. James S.
