Public Notice PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 16th Day of April, 2026 at 7:00 PM, a hearing will be held before the Township Board of Adjustment located at 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, New Jersey 07666, on the appeal or application of the undersigned for a variance or other relief so as to permit an addition of a family room on the 1st floor and a laundry room, bathroom and bedroom on 2nd floor above the kitchen and new family room, a new patio and a new air conditioning unit on the premises located at 231 Lindbergh Blvd., Teaneck, New Jersey and designated as Block 4201, Lot 15 on the Township of Teaneck Tax Map.
