Manuel Hirshblond Meeting Room located on the 2nd floor in the Toms River Township Town Hall at 33 Washington Street, Toms River, NJ at 6:00 pm. All Toms River public members are welcome to provide input on ranking of received applications and how funds should be allocated to proposed public services and projects for our Fiscal Year 2026 Action Plan. Individuals requiring special assistance and/or translation assistance should contact 732-341-1000 ext. 8347 two days prior to said hearing date.
