NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWNSHIP OF WALL PLANNING BOARD MONMOUTH COUNTY, NEW JERSEY Please take notice that the Planning Board (“Board”) of the Township of Wall (“Township”) will hold a public hearing on May 18, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Wall Municipal Meeting Room, located at 2700 Allaire Road, Wall, New Jersey, 07719, or at such other time and place as the Board may adjourn to thereafter, (the “Hearing”) to consider an application for amended preliminary and final major site plan approval and such other variances, waivers, approval, relief, authorization, or permission as the Board or its consultants may deem necessary (the “Application”) made by Good Sports U.S.A. (the “Applicant”) to permit the construction of a replacement tension fabric structure (the “Application”) at the property located at 2903 Highway 138, Wall, New Jersey 07719 and identified as Block 800, Lot 10 on the Township Tax Map (“Property”). The Property is located in the Township's Commercial Recreation Zone (“CR-10 Zone”). The Property previously received approval for the tension fabric structure and Applicant proposes to construct a replacement due to the collapse of the previous structure due to weather related issues. Also, Applicant will seek any such variances, waivers, permits, and exceptions from the Ordinance and pursuant to the MLUL as the Board may require without further notice. A copy of the Application (and supporting documentation) is on file with the Township of Wall Planning Board in the office of the Board Secretary. The Application and supporting documents are available for public inspection Monday through Friday (except regularly and locally observed holidays) during regular business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., in the Municipal Building, located at 2700 Allaire Road, Wall, New Jersey 07719.
