NOTICE OF APPROVAL TOWNSHIP OF WEST WINDSOR PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 15, 2026, the Township of West Windsor Planning Board (the "Board") adopted a resolution (the "Resolution") which memorialized the following action taken by the Board at its meeting held on March 18, 2026, with respect to the property located just to the south of Court Drive in the Princeton University Lake Campus Meadows Neighborhood, and designated as Block 3, Lot 1.0113 on the West Windsor Township Tax Map (the "Property"): GRANTING the application (Application No. PB24-08 AMENDED) of the Trustees of Princeton University (the "Applicant") for a Final Amended Major Site Plan application with Sign Waiver, to reduce the size of a recently approved baseball ballpark (Application No. PB 24-08). The Amended Final Site Plan maintains the original orientation of the baseball field and its associated amenities, while reducing the proposed total floor area by approximately 4,766 square feet and decreasing the number of fixed seats from 463 to 300, and reducing the floor area of the electrical room and storage/maintenance shed from approximately 1,192 square feet to approximately 625 square feet. The Applicant also obtained a design waiver related to signage: Section 200-32(B)(2)(a) permits one (1) wall sign per business for each front business facade and each rear or side business faade, whereas Applicant is proposing two (2) faade signs on the South faade of the Press Box.
