PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That the undersigned has filed an appeal or application for development with the Board of Adjustment of the Township of Manchester for a Bulk variance from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance so as to permit construction of a detached 2 car garage, wrap around 6ft fence, and paved driveway on the premises at 450 Coolidge Avenue and designated as Lot 1 Block 99.98 on the Township Tax Map. Where an- Accessory Structure in Front Yard Area - where an accessory structure is not permitted within the front yard area, and a detached 2-car garage is proposed within the front yard area along Bayonne Ave. With a Minimum Rear Yard Setback (Detached Accessory Structure) - where a minimum of 25 ft is required, and 15 ft is proposed from the proposed 2-car garage to the southeastern property line. Where Fences Located in Front Yard Area - where a fence is not permitted within the front yard area, and the proposed 6 ft high PVC fence is located within the front yard area along Coolidge Ave. A public hearing has been set for May 28, 2026, 6:30 P.M., in the Municipal Building, 1 Colonial Drive, Manchester, New Jersey at which time when Case 26-01 is called, you may appear in person or by agent, or attorney and present any objections which you may have to the granting of the relief sought in the petition.
