REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR 2026 SUMMER YOUTH EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM The County of Westchester, acting on behalf of the Westchester-Putnam Workforce Development Board (“WPWDB”) is soliciting proposals from public and private organizations for the provision of a 2026 Summer Youth Employment Program (“SYEP”) for eligible Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (“TANF”) Youth.
