GREENE COUNTY ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID INVITATION TO BID Bids will be received until May 19, 2026 via email at bjuusola@delawareengineering.com, lallen@delawareengineering.com and at mjewell@sleepyhollowlake.org until 2:00 pm local time for: THE ASSOCIATION OF PROPERTY OWNERS OF SLEEPY HOLLOW LAKE WATER TANK REHABILITATION & WTP GENERATOR UPGRADES Work shall include but is not limited to: > Contract #1 - General Construction: This work consists of equipment, labor, and materials to rehabilitate the existing 100,000- Gallon Pedestal Welded Steel Elevated finished water tank (Height 100 feet), complete with all necessary coating, painting, site work, piping, structures, fittings, and appurtenances, and the new generator installation at the water treatment plant. Contract #2 – Electrical Construction: This work consists of equipment, labor, and materials for all electrical work associated with the rehabilitated finished water tanks, and the new generator installation at the water treatment plant. M/WBE goals for this project are 30%. An optional Pre-Bid conference will be held on May 12, 2026 at 2:00 pm at the Sleepy Hollow Lake WTP located at 194 N. Washington Street, Athens NY 12015. Bidding contractors are strongly encouraged to have an authorized representative of their firm present at this meeting. Contract Documents may be examined at no expense on line at the following website: https://de.biddyhq.com, or at the office of Delaware Engineering, D.P.C., 28 Madison Ave Extension Albany NY, 12203.
