NOTICE TO BIDDERS BRONXVILLE UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT 2025 Bond Referendum (NYSED #66-03-03-03-0-001-034) PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that sealed bids shall be received by the Board of Education, Bronxville Union Free School District, 177 Pondfield Road, Bronxville, New York 10708 for the following bid packages: Contract #1c - Plumbing Refer to the Bid Documents for a detailed description of the work. Bid proposals shall be received by Tuesday, May 12, 2026, by mail or in person, at the Bronxville Union Free School District Office, 177 Pondfield Road, Bronxville, NY 10708 until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time at which time they shall be publicly opened and read aloud. All envelopes containing bids shall bear on the face of the sealed envelope the words “May 12, 2026, Bid for 2025 Bond Referendum, Contract #1c“ (identify the prime contract number and suffix on the envelope). No Bids shall be accepted after 11:00a.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 Complete digital sets of Bidding Documents, drawings and specifications, may be obtained online as a download at the following website: LAN.BIDDYHQ.COM under 'public projects’. Complete sets of Bidding Documents, Drawings and Specifications, may be obtained from Biddy c/o Lohrius Blueprint, 226 Newtown Road, Plainview, NY 11803, Tel: 516-465-2880, upon depositing the sum of $100 (One Hundred Dollars) for each combined set of documents beginning on Monday, April 20, 2026. Checks or money orders shall be made payable to Bronxville Union Free School District. Plan deposit is refundable in accordance with the terms in the Instructions to Bidders to all submitting bids. Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs. Only those Contract Documents obtained in this manner will enable a prospective bidder to be identified as an official plan holder of record.
