Sealed proposals will be accepted for the following project. Details can be found at www.buffalony.gov/bids. This project is being carried out with financial aid from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Bidders must comply with HUD’s regulations in 24 CFR Part 75, which implement Section 3.
