Legal Notice # 21931802 NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Board of Education of the Middle Country Central School District at Centereach, Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County, New York hereby invites sealed bids for: Schedule No.: 27-13 Integrated Pest Management Service 27-89 Athletic Team Uniforms As specified in the contract documents. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM., prevailing time on May 13, 2026, at the District Administrative Offices, at # 8-43rd Street, Centereach, New York, 11720, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bid, and shall, further make awards in anyway it deems advisable to the best interest of the School District. Any bid submitted will be binding for Forty-Five (45) days after the formal opening thereof, and no bid shall be withdrawn during that time, pending the decision of the Board of Education. Specifications and Bid Forms may be obtained by calling the District's Purchasing Department at (631) 285-8066. District must be in receipt of vendor bids prior to 2:00 P.M.
