The Coeymans Hollow Fire District #3 is seeking to fill the following positions: ● Grounds Keeper ○ Snow Removal - Plow and salt all parking lots (side and back) and front of building. Clean and salt all sidewalks. To be done on an “as needed” basis. ○ Lawn Care - Mow back lawn and hill up to the treeline. Weed whack around the firehouse, out buildings, signs, dumpster, and the flagpole. ○ Provide reports to the Board of Fire Commissioners regarding work completed ○ Fully insured for a 1 year contract ● Maintenance Cleaner ○ Weekly Tasks - Clean all bathrooms ○ Monthly Tasks - Dust, sweep and mop all floors, elevator, downstairs kitchen, radio room, downstairs breakroom, upstairs hallways, conference room, community room, no upstairs kitchen cleaning, no truck bay, no members room, no mezzanine ○ Quarterly - Sweep and mop stairwells and clean handrails ○ Semi-Annual - Wash windows ○ Provide reports to the Board of Fire Commissioners prior to the regular meeting date. ○ Fully insured for a 1 year contract All those interested in applying must do so in writing to the Coeymans Hollow Board of Fire Commissioners, PO Box 12, Coeymans Hollow, NY 12046.
