ESSEX COUNTY BID NOTICE The Town of Crown Point water districts hereby advertise for bid the installation of water meters. Bids will entail installation only as the districts have an inventory of all materials. Bids will contain a unit price per installation, approximately 302 meters to be installed, all work to be completed no later than December 31, 2026. This is not a Federal or State awarded contract. Interested contractors will forward bid(s) along with a copy of liability insurance to Crown Point Town Supervisor, Clayton Menser Sr. at PO Box 443Crown Point, New York 12928 by March 12, 2026 at or before 10:00 a.m. at the Crown Point Town Hall, 17 Monitor Bay Road. Successful bidder will be contacted by March 13, 2026 at which point a contract can be signed and installations may begin. Questions or concerns will be addressed to Gary Allen, Water Superintendent at (518) 597-4350. The Town of Crown Point reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
