Legal Notice # 21932861 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given for separate sealed bids for: COMMACK UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT CANOPY INSTALLATION AND MASONRY RESTORATION BURR INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL SED No.: 58-04-10-03-0-035-026 SAWMILL INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL SED No.: 58-04-10-03-0-036-026 Sealed Bid Proposals will be received until 10:00 am prevailing time on Tuesday, May 12th, 2026 at the School District Administration Office, 480 Clay Pitts Road, East Northport, New York 11731, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Contract Documents may be examined at the Office of the Architect, Mark Design Studios Architecture, P.C., 270 North Broadway, Hicksville New York, 516-827-0240 (phone) during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. excluding holidays. Bidders are encouraged to call ahead. The Bidding Documents may only be obtained online as a download at the following website: https://mds.biddyhq.com under 'public projects' for a nonrefundable fee of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars for each complete set of bidding documents. Plans and Specifications may be obtained from REVplans, 28 Church Street, Unit #7, Warwick, New York 10990 (845-651-3845) beginning on Tuesday, April 28th, 2026. Optionally, in lieu of digital copies, hard copies may be obtained directly from REV upon a deposit of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars for each complete set. Checks for deposits shall be made payable to COMMACK UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT and may be uncertified. Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs.
