TOWN OF FRANKLIN INVITATION FOR BIDS “INVITATION TO BID” The Town of Franklin solicits Bids for the following. #1. Dyed Heating Oil- for purpose of heating Town Garage and Office building #2. Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel #2 (ULSD 15 ppm) for on road use, summer #3. ULS Kerosene, winter blend CONTRACT DATES--- MAY 5, 2026- SEPTEMBER 1, 2026 All bidders shall certify that their bid is submitted without collusion with other sellers of the same merchandise. SEALED BIDS may be mailed or delivered to the Superintendent of Highway @ T/O Franklin P.O. Box 124 Franklin NY 13775 and must be received by 12:00pm May 5, 2026. All bids will be publicly opened at the Town of Franklin May board meeting @ 7:00pm, May 5, 2026 The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and or all bids.
