LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS: THE TOWN OF HURLEY, 10 Wamsley Place, Hur- ley NY 12443 will receive sealed Bids and Pro- posals for the follow- ing projects until 2:00 PM on Monday, April 27, 2026 at Town Hall. Sealed Bids will be pub- licly opened and read at the address above in the Supervisor's Of- fice. The building is open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM for receiving packages via courier services and in person. If delivering bids in per- son, individuals must see the Town Clerk's Office: Supplemental and as-needed mowing and trimming of two (2) parcels in the Town of Hurley to ensure conti- nuity of operations dur- ing periods of increased demand, staffing limi- tations, or other opera- tional needs.
