living in public hous- ing. RUPCO is inviting certified & noncertified WMBES,

Service-Disabled Veter- an-Owned Businesses and Registered

non-registered

Section 3 Businesses within NYS to request a Contractor Qualifica-

tion form. Qualified

contractors will be solicited to bid on single family reha- bilitation

construction projects or other projects within UI- ster, Orange, Sullivan or other

neighboring

counties when available, where funding may come from NYS Homes

and Community Renew- al, NYS Housing Trust Fund, NYS Affordable Housing
