VILLAGE OF MARATHON RFQ The Village of Marathon is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering firms in connection with the Sanitary Sewer System Improvement Project. The initial phase of the project is funded via a $50,000.00 NYSEFC EPG grant and includes a Village-wide sewer investigation to assess system conditions and sources of infiltration and inflow. The selected engineer is expected to prepare a sewer investigation preliminary engineering report, with future services to include design, bidding and construction phase services to implement the project. The Village Board will review and evaluate proposals to select a single engineering firm. MWBEs are encouraged to submit a proposal. Questions regarding this solicitation may be directed to the Village of Marathon Clerks Office. The SOQ response shall include a minimum: Describe your firm’s experience, describe the project team, and provide at least three client and project references. The SOQ narrative must consist of no more than 3 typewritten, single-sided pages. Team resumes and project descriptions may be additional attachments. The selection of the Consultant will be based upon the following criteria: successful performance for similar projects; technical capability of the project team; and experience with funding programs.
