NOTICE TO BIDDERS The BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE NEW HARTFORD CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT will receive and consider SEALED PROPOSALS for the purchase of the following: NAMELY : BUS PARTS BID 2026-27 SCHOOL YEAR The specifications and bid forms may be obtained during normal business hours at the New Hartford Central School District, Business Office, 29 Oxford Road, New Hartford, New York 13413 or by calling 315-624-1293. The proposal(s) must be enclosed in a Sealed Envelope (sent to the ATTN : Business Office, Purchasing Dept., 29 Oxford Rd., New Hartford, NY 13413 bearing on the outside the name of the bidder and the item listed above to which their bid is related and must be received by the Business Office, not later than: May 6 th , 2026 by 10:30 A.M. Bids will be publicly opened in a controlled area after required receipt time and read in the Business Office, 29 Oxford Road, New Hartford, New York 13413 and the right is expressly reserved to reject any or all bids.
