GENESEE COUNTY RFQ VILLAGE OF OAKFIELD RFQ ENGINEERING SERVICES The Village of Oakfield, Genesee County, New York, will be accepting statements of qualifications for Engineering Consulting Services in connection with the Village’s Wastewater Treatment Plant improvement project Utilizing a qualifications-based process, the Village is seeking an experienced engineering firm, licensed in New York State, to provide professional engineering services associated with the Village of Oakfield’s waterline, sewer collection and wastewater treatment plant improvement project. Financing is anticipated to include Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF), Northern Regional Border Commission (NRBC), Water Infrastructure Improvement Act (WIIA), Water Quality Improvement Program (WQIP) and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding. The selected engineering firm will be responsible for complying with all funding agencies’ requirements. In keeping with these requirements, the qualifications-based procurement standards for the Procurement of Architectural, Engineering, and Surveying (A/E) Services shall apply. The full Request for Qualifications may be obtained from the Village of Oakfield, by contacting the Clerk-Treasurer at kim@villageofoakfieldny.gov Monday thru Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM or by visiting the Village website at https://villageofoakfieldny.gov. All proposals should be marked with the following language: “REQUEST FOR ENGINEERING QUALIFICATIONS – Village of Oakfield WWTP Improvements." Two (2) copies of each Proposal may be transmitted via mail in a sealed envelope, or one (1) copy may be submitted electronically via email as one file in a PDF format consisting of a Statement of Qualifications per the requirements of the RFQ no later than 1:30 pm May 14, 2026, the submittal deadline date. Proposals received after that time will not be considered. Proposals should be submitted to Kim Staniszewski, Clerk-Treasurer at Village of Oakfield, 37 Main St., Oakfield, NY 14125 and should also be emailed to kim@villageofoakfieldny.gov with the subject heading “RFQWWTP Improvements”. The Village of Oakfield is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer. The Village encourages Section 3 Businesses, Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Woman-owned Business Enterprises (WBEs) to submit qualifications. The Village of Oakfield will award a contract to the engineering firm deemed most qualified to provide services as requested.
